Project:

Cheddar Gorge & Caves is a visitor attraction consisting of a gorge walk, caves and small museum. It closed for two years during the pandemic

In 2022 the site was set to reopen with refreshed signage. I was given 3 weeks to come up with a visual approach and re-design all of the signage, using the existing brand guidelines.

I took inspiration from old photos of Cheddar Gorge & Caves in the 1930s, as well as cues from the brand guidelines, to develop
a flexible approach that worked across multiple sites in Cheddar.

• Approximately 100 pieces of indoor and outdoor signage, including site signage, wayfinding and window decals.
