SNOOKER WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

Project:

Brief to create a title sequence for the World Snooker Championships 2021. Tasked with capturing the 'psychological battle of the sport' I  decided to concentrate on.. 
• the patterns the balls make as they cross the table, by representing them with a trail of ribbon
• and the idea that everyone is watching, by turning each ball into an eyeball
 

This was pitched to industry professionals and I was picked as a winner.

Brief set by the Created Academy, during a Motion Design course I completed.

• Style frames representing my idea. I intend to animate these and turn them into moving image. See storyboard below.
